extrior of hill country house

This lovely hill country setting has been the focus of an extremely well organized plan to make a home where the owners could spend weekends and ultimately live full time. Rooms were planned to serve as extended family guest rooms or as income producing rooms in a Bed and Breakfast. The owner, who had formerly run a restaurant, also looks forward to holding house concerts in the new space. Wide shady porches surround most of the house.

Entering into the central hall equipped with a gas stove, one finds living spaces on one side and guest rooms on the other. The kitchen is a masterpiece of organization and will cheerfully serve many guests. The owners’ quarters are on the second floor which can be closed off from the public first floor.
