THE HEART OF WEST UNIVERSITY

This new house for a young family with three growing boys, set on a carefully-selected corner lot, is designed to reflect the Owners‘ thoughtful preferences. A big front porch, a large play yard, and a paved running/biking track looping around the house give the boys ample opportunities for outdoor activity. The living room and dining room are open to each other and connected to the large kitchen, while a covered back patio extends entertaining space outdoors. An efficient mudroom at the back of the house provides ordered space where everything (baseball gear, brooms, recycling, dog food, etc.) has its place. The boys‘ rooms share a bath and a large game room, fostering togetherness. The master bedroom has windows on three sides and has its own screened porch for sitting.
